And Mrs Summer has zero mercy..cant hide behind your montpellier coat any longer when thr tempature is near tropical...
Sun starts shining so this is the absolute last opportunity to make something happen..it will be a miserable summer if you don't step up NOW . Basically a lost year when it comes to being ready for game amd women...
Some men look for shortcuts, but there are no shortcuts. You can get a PT but all he'll do is spoon feed you like a toddler and shake your wallet dry.
-if you are in my position this might be interesting: I gained some weight due to illness and no time for the gym due to working 12 hours per day at least ( 7 a week) non stop. So I had to re invoke the animal within and unleash the dragon again...
- detox from cravings. Let go of sweets, sugar, pie , cake milkshakes ALCOHOL ect.
- eat more healthy and eat less. No more fastfood, no 2nd portion, smaller portion,. More veggies. Water instead of soda. Fruit instead of cake or ice cream. Imo a little bit of a hungry feeling isn't that bad ( but feel free to argue against it if I'm wrong )
- and ofcourse: Work you AZS off( pun intended LOL) no way around it. Cardio plus weights. Walking instead of driving ( if realistic). Stairs instead of elevator. Thise small things gonna add up.
