"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Is there such thing as "the one", or is this just an illusion that society creates on all of us? Can you sculpt any girl into your perfect mate, thus creating your "one and only"? I am searching for a beautiful girl, who is smart, confident, funny, and doesn't drink or smoke. It seems that girls have some of these qualities but not all of them. Is there actually someone for everyone? Is it possible to find "the one", or do you just have to settle with whatever comes close?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"The One" does exist ... it's YOU.

If you need someone to love, someone to make happy, someone to take care of, someone to devote your life to their dreams ... why not pick yourself?

After all, right now most men could give a rat's ass about themselves and just look how miserable it makes them.

If you don't care about yourself, of course you're not going to care about anyone else, and they certainly won't care about you.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I guess that I'm trying to ask if I should dump my LDR gf of about 7-8 months and she just started to drink. I don't like that, not because I'm insecure but because I don't see any point in it and by drinking she loses her rarity because she becomes like everyone else. Should I get rid of her because of this trait. She even knows that I don't like it but she keeps doing it.

Viceral is right

In this life you have one constant. You.
Girls will come and go, marriages break up, your best friend will stab you in the back. You'll still be there, this might sound very depressing, but life teaches you this.
As for a woman you'll fall in love with forever and ever, and her too, it won't happen. Love is an illusion created by your mind, chemical releases asscociated with someone and the thoughts and feelings that go with that person.
But love for one's life can grow and grow, when you know your succending and getting where you wanna go, when pulling chicks left and right is childs play, when your friends and familly look up to you for your drive, compassion and strength. Wouldn't this love be better than basing your happiness on somthing out of your controll? Could it not be equal, if not stronger?
Although that "one" love would be a gift sent from heaven, NO ONE is perfect, no situation goes exactly how you want it.
But fair enough, keep looking, keep sifting though the coutless women, maybe you will find her.

Oh and Friv, what he's talkign about is all the female fantasy, disney film bull**** that exsists nowadays. Who the fvck in real life lives happily ever after?
This is somthing that I realised very early on in life, but needed to experiance for it to hit home.

"Ambition is hope, to live without hope is cowardice"

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
