Depends on the mood really. Sometimes i wake up and want to do nothing but hit the rack and punish myself, but there are days when i have to have a gun to my head to get down to the gym.
For the motivated days, lots of Wu-Tang and Ghostface. There are a few songs by Faithless and Juno Reactor that keep me moving.
For my lazy days, Hatebreed, Terror, Throwdown and Poison the Well get me in the mood to rip a mans face off. :rockon:
