I don't even know how to use it. How can you tell who reps you? Does anybody even use that feature?

A lot of people use the feature. Mods will be using it a lot more soon.

Go up to the top and click on "User CP." It'll show you who has repped you.

You don't use the Browner? Poor soul...

Scroll down right now to the bottom left hand corner of the page... There'll be a white click menu on the bottom bar... Those are all the screen/color layouts, I've had the browner for a while now, its much easier on the eyes.

The Browner is definately easiest on the eyes for sure.

I'm not sure about these freebie rep points though. I will say that this site is conciderably more conservative when it comes to repping people then other sites i've been on. The highest rep people on this site have just two squares of reputation and there are only four people with such. Other sites have people with at least six or eight squares of reputation points.

Is it because no one knows how to use it OR maybe because people hate on each other so much here, most reputations stay low. Either way I'm going to wait to see how it pans out a little bit before I start arbitrarily backing people at this point.
