if your going to have a conversation make sure you actually take her somewhere more quite to talk.
the most you should be asking is:

then just get in there, slowly get closer and you will notice the girl will become more interested. once you feel youve danced enough where you are full out grinding, take her hand walk away to a quite area and chit chat if you really fvckin wana talk.
try to keep any talking short, you are there to dance, not to talk about the weather. and like i said, never try making a conversation while dancing. you just look weird and awkward since its hard as hell to hear anything.
