This little gem has helped me get back (closer) to my old self (I've done some crazy shyt!) than virtually everything else on this site combined.

When you truly get this attitude (not just understand it intellectually), you'll realize that nothing that happens with a chick could ever affect you.

A little update. Since I've started repeating this to myself in virtually every situation in my life, I have really been flooded with forgotten memories of things I'd done in younger, crazier years. "Nothing I can't handle" embodies the essence of being a "real man", imo.

I've used the "Nothing I cant handle" phrase along with the mentality to never say "I dont know" or "I dont care". These combined show you have an opinion/decision on any matter that can be thrown your way.

Oh and the Nothing I cant handle can be stated verbatim if a chick is really giving you a hard time. I've actually seen a girl melt over this saying...put the b!tch in her place too.

Funny how four simple words can totally change your attitude on practically everything. I use that line with "I'll just wing it". It shows that I have enough confidence in myself to trust my instincts especially when in uncharted territory
