"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I have to say, I come across rarity's in life and figure, "Man, where was that woman when she was single? We could have been married by now!"

There's this couple I know, if you see her alone and with a guy, you can be fooled into thinking he's an orbiter or at the most her brother as he's not very attractive, but more very average. They both have two kids, one's a teen, the other elementary school.

Doesn't life, has a spare tire, but not fat. Obviously not in shape. Short, too. And before you think he has "status, money, and power"...think again...he has an average income. He works for the city as a maint. person of traffic lights. So nothing to write home about in case you're thinking she married for money.

She is a bank teller, they are both in their 40s, been married....yes...20 years...have 2 kids together. I'm astonished as she's very slender, and does modeling on the side. I had gotten to know them, he's a real nice guy. She's nice, too.

I was kind of jealous because I thought, "Dammit, where was she 20 years go, when her and I could have met...I would have stood a chance! lol!"

There was a family photo of a wedding with her in it, she was the only slender woman of the Puerto Rican family. Most in his her her family are chunky or overweight, but I guess she take good care of herself....he doesn't though. Definitely doesn't "lift"

Just think of those sitcoms where the wife is more attractive than the chubby husband, ie "King of Queens." Just an example.

I remember showing the couple to a friend of mine and she was like, "Well, maybe he makes up for his looks by being a "nice guy".

And of course, define "nice guy" in this context, right? lol

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Sometimes game analysis doesn't really matter. Some couples just are they way they are; they're attracted to each other and that's the way it is. He might push her buttons emotionally, which is far more important for a woman than looks alone.

^^ I agree with this. He may lack in the departments of looks, money, power, etc. but he makes up for it with how he behaves with her and treats her and manipulates her emotions. Plus he may be pounding that pu$$y to Planet-O in another galaxy who knows.

It happens a lot when people from social circles end up dating, or someone that have known each other a long time. Initially things are based on physical attraction, but after knowing the person for a longer time women start liking other traits that a guy has and their physical appearance becomes less important

Yeah, I think they had known each other for a long time, prior to coming from PR to the states. He has a brother that married an equally attractive PR woman...and apparently that woman if friends with the other wife of the other brother.

We're talking a closed sphere, fishbowl social circle here. Now that we have online dating, the skies the limit and if she had never married him, chances are she'd be plate spinning online. lol

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
