"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I used to work with this chick a while back during my AFC days. She was initially attracted to me when we first met because she called me a spunk and was always following me around and touching me. Needless to say I screwed it up with my AFC ways...

So I received this message out of the blue with no contact for some months:

"hey buddy, how are you?"

That buddy thing sounds bad, but I have referred to her as a buddy in previous text messages, don't know if that could have anything to do with it. . What do you guys think?

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Yep means nothing. The text message alone could mean nothing, a lot of people text with generic messages like that whenever they are board ie myself as well as a lot of girls I know.

**AUSTRALIAN STREET PIMP**

" stop being insecure " i hate that saying. it's a cop out for not having enough balls to confront a woman about what she is doing THAT IS WRONG or potentially damaging to a long term relationship. – Lost In Translation

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

No worries I call my social robot friends all the time to ask them stuff, and they tell me I'm overanalyzing it a lot of the time.

Well I ended up msging her back with some C&F and now she wants to "get together". The problem is that she's a 3rd year psychology student, so as good as my game is now, she might be able to see right through it.

She's a 3rd year psychology student.

Read this as: "She has no clue what to do in life and can't take the heat in literature."

Don't be put off by a psych student. Just make fun of her all the time with comments like...

You: "You know, I hear psyche students do it deeper."
Her: "Ew! You have a dirty mind."
You: "What? Huh? Oh... no EWWW! I meant intellectualize. What were YOU thinking? You are the sicko. That sounds to me like a bit of projection."
Her: "What?"
You: "Yeah, you're projecting. It happens to insecure women sometimes. The put their internal feelings on others. If they are sexually frustrated, they see everyone else as frustrated. It is a coping mechanism."
Her: "I am NOT frustrated."
You: "You know, the first step to getting better is admitting you have a problem." *grin*
Her: "I do NOT have a problem!"
You: "'da Nile ain't just a river in Egypt, you know."

-etc.-

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Another option

You could always take a shot at flipping the angle and accusing her of playing head games with you - games that she learned from her psychology training.

I went to a school with the biggest psychology department in the country and this misdirect worked for me a few times. Women spend so long trying to convince you that they aren't playing you that it puts them off their guard and you get a freer run.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
