“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Last year I drank 8 espressos or so. These days I’m a knowledge worker at an office, and so far I drink regular coffee, like most people.

Coffee drinking is a sign of weakness. It’s a drug that yields dopamine, because apparently you can’t get it otherwise.

And I succumb. It leads me to happiness, and it happens to correlate with my creative flow. But I doubt I would have been less productive without. I don’t drink it to get through the day, but have had a cup after lunch, as some kind of confused quality time.

A respectable pattern is to have — at most — a single espresso max once per week. But if you’re this drug user, it’s hard to draw a line. Hence this post.

I think regular coffee drinking is detrimental for the man. However, it is very common, also among respectable men, and I question the harm it does. One advantage is that you consume something which doesn't lead to weight gain.

I self medicate with coffee because I feel a slight loneliness and resignation and sadness, and the comfort of this hot caffein mitigates that. But coffee doesn’t solve your problem, it just becomes a placeholder that leads you down to misery. My quest is therefore to actually solve my problems.

There are a number of health benefits to moderate coffee consumption. 8 is too many. 3 is fine. But. Coffee isn’t mandatory. So. Cut it out if that’s what works for you.

Not really.

Smart people drink coffee because it's among the most liver protective substances ever found and the chlorogenic acid in it improves liver function by 40%.

And as the liver is the main organ responsible for cleaning your body of toxins and breaking down fat, anything that helps your liver, helps you.

The liver is so important that it's the only organ that can regenerate on its own.

But like with anything, just become drinking some coffee is good doesn't mean more is better. I mean if you are drinking an entire pot like a degenerate would then ya, of course it's not going to be great for you. Just like with anything else.

If you are drinking more than 2 cups a day or drinking it past noon you are likely not helping your body in other ways, namely in the form of disrupted sleep patterns since the half life of caffeine is 4-6 hours, meaning if you drink it at noon, it could still be exerting effects at midnight while you are tryng to sleep.

But for those who drink a cup or two in the morning, it's a fantastic way to boost your health.

And your overall health is far more important than whatever other nonsense you might try to delude yourself into believing that has no basis in reality.

If you are a high powered workaholic in any line of work, coffee is your friend. Why you are arbitrarily labeling it a "sign of weakness" I have to say I don't understand. It is way to be more alert. And yes, anything in great excess is not healthy, and too much caffeine can certainly be that. Eight espressos in a day qualifies. But I would say that is on the extreme side. Most people may enjoy 2 or 3 cups per day, usually all in the morning. There is nothing unhealthy (or "weak") per se about that.

Hi Anonymous,
On balance,I think the anti Carcinogenic properties of Coffee
make it a healthy beverage, unfortunately even one will make me shaky,I guess that like Snake Venom,a small dose daily, incrementally increased would familiarise the body.

Like anything moderation is key. Coffee is very good for you...it also can bear all manner of contaminants depending on how it is processed & how old it is. How it is brewed can also matter.

I used to do a latte in the morning and a quad in the afternoons. I'd get flu like symptoms if I went several days without espresso.

Now I am a more moderate coffee consumer & I order organic high end beans. And I generally don't drink coffee late in the day (that's red wine time,) lol.

Or water.

Moderation is key.

I never really liked coffee and only started drinking it for the health benefits. Didn't hate the taste but wasn't something I loved either.

Until I found that buying quality whole beans and grinding them yourselves changes the entire game...now I actually enjoy the taste of it, which is kinda nice since I don't doctor it up with anything and drink it black.

I’m a weak man. I’m in mid 40s and have been drinking coffee since age eight.

I caffeine rail every day. Why not?

I also try to take care of myself otherwise. Big time.

I don't sleep, ever, i also keep my eyes lit for fakers.

I will say, though, that getting enough sleep is important. More than i thought when i was a jit.

I know you wanna get big, but rest more

OP is lucky he didn't die from a heart attack. That much caffeine is dangerous for your heart.
I took 4 no dozes when i was 13. My gouche clinched up so tight i thought it was gonna kill me

I think a no doze pill was around 200mg. Not sure, but i never took them again

I wish i could go back in time and throw it up
