"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Normally I don't even post things unless on a forum like this unless I know information that can help a lot of people. This happens to be a situation where I know information that can help a lot of people.

The pace of our breath and the way we are breathing is vastly overlooked in the world! The way we are breathing and our breathing rates have a direct effect on our emotions and how we are feeling.

Breathe slow deep breaths. Think of breathing slow deep breaths as the three point stance of your inner sexuality just waiting to pounce on the femme of your interest. When you are breathing slowly and deeply you are mimicking how you would be breathing if your body was relaxed and ready to enter a state of arousal.

Try to breathe really quickly almost as if you were hyperventilating and try to get yourself aroused while looking at porn or thinking of something sexy. See it doesn't work. Our breathing rate directly correlates with our mood and thus with what our body is capable of.

The best advice I can ever give you at this point is to think of how you are breathing as you are becoming aroused. Becoming fully aroused and involved with a person is largely a part of relaxation. And at the root of all relaxation is how you are breathing.

While you are approaching a new hottie or are out on a date with someone special, consider your breathing rate. Breath slowly and deeply. Feel your muscles relax as you exhale. The deeper the breathing, the deeper the connection with the hottie.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

1 word - Yoga.

Corrects your breathing and muscular tension/imbalances.

Esp. power yoga.

Boxing also helps me to, for releasing any tension.
