everyone is getting sick where I live. why when it starts to warm up outside does everyone get sick?

rest , eat chicken noodle soup, sleep, drink plenty of water, take the vit c... and read !!

My brother and one of my best friends are suffering with the flu right now. I've been lucky not to catch it. I think it's because I wash my hands often and have been taking vitamin supplements.

boil hot green tea or or your choice of tea with a clove of garlic, drink 2-3 times a day.

I've been eating bananas and drinking gree tea, as mentioned by someone on here... I'm having problems in the bathroom arena(you know what I mean) I'm not sure if I have the flu or what, but it's something.

Really tired, I'm having the runs, almost had an accident today...not funny at all.... well maybe a little. Awful gassy...
