"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Have a read of this and the response from a female love doctor....a great insight on how the female mind thinks today. Shocking to say the least.

Dear Lucia,

I have been dating a married man for four years. I try to leave him at least 2 times per year, but I can't because I really love him. I have a son who has emotional asthma. When I tried to leave my husband (his father), my son got so sick that he spent two weeks on the hospital.

How can I get money benefits from my lover? He owns two airplanes and four buildings. I am his savior when he has troubles or stress. He consults with me about every important step in his life; I just don't have the will to ask for some things that I need and which my husband cannot provide. My husband and I live together only for the sake of my son's health. He doesn't care about what I need; he just cares for his son.

I' m open to whatever you would like to say to me, even insults. My economical situation is not the best and maybe I can use some tactics to get out of the sinking boat. Julia

Dear Julia,

You are in a tough spot. Although you don't mention what types of things you need which your husband doesn't provide, I'm going to assume these are not clothes and shoes. Is your lover aware of your financial situation? If so, then I'm surprised that he hasn't offered to help.

Since leaving your husband is currently out of the question, then you need to ask your lover for assistance. If he loves you, he will want to help. If he doesn't love you and/or he is cheap, he won't want to help.

At that point, you will have to leave him. Don't worry, it won't be permanent. If you are such an important part of his life that he consults with you on everything, then you are a very valuable asset to him. People often don't realize what they have until it's gone.

Let him experience life without you for a while. I am almost certain that at some point he will realize he needs you in his life, and will be willing to help you out.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I bet you a 50 her husband works full time to support her and his sick child. I would also bet a 50 that he comes home to no support from her, nagging and no sex. What I really can't get is how the female love doctor thinks the lover of the cheating wife is obligated to support her in some way and is cheap if he doesn't. This is the matrix at its finest.

This story has all the usual suspects in there.... The cold uncaring husband, the "good woman " (and the caring mother ) who is getting her emotional needs meet with another man ( it is not HER fault that he is married).. it is cheap soap opera stuff..

I am guessing that she AND the "love doctor" ( a woman ) are basing their postion on the fact that the respondent is providing pvssy to the married guy therefore she is "entitled" to provisions from him.
JUst another fool of a woman who has a bloated sense of what the world owes her.

Yawnnn !

Is this for real? What kind of love doctor would condone this type of behaviour??!!

My answer to her would be:

So let me get this stright, you are cheating with a married man, thus ruining 2 families and yet you want to profit from the married man while justifing your cheating + you have a sick son at home that needs his mom love and support??!! and all you think is about your selfish self??!!

FVCK YOU. I hope your husband kicks you out of his house, your sick son disowns you and you end up sucking d1cks for living (like the wh0re that you are) just to survive.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Basically the female love doctor is saying that it is ok for Julia to continue to see another woman's husband and at the same time see if she can get money out of him...

Is this not golddigging ? I sent her an email suggesting as such and now she wants to publish my comments in her weekly column !!

Doctored no doubt.
