ok, as much advice as i have given out, i need some myself here...

http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=62859

the above thread is the last post on this subject i made...now i'm well on my way to becoming a fully fledged DJ again except the ex keeps rearing her ugly head,

the mortgage isn't yet sorted out because i feel that she is taking her time on the subject in signing documents, recently i've been getting messages telling me i am free to go up and have drinks with her at the flat anytime i want,

now my ex-boss says she saw her before christmas and got introduced as her nephews new girlfriend and when i questioned her about this (i told her we can see other people now, we're apart) she kept telling me she wasn't seeing anyone even though it is obvious she is, not that i care but i feel like she is trapping me and taking her time on signing the mortgage over because she doesn't know what to do,

what do you all feel about this and what is the ideal course of action for me to take, it's not the average thing a person comes up against

You might want to talk to the lawyer you went through about this subject.

As for her seeing your ex-bosses nephew, who the fvck cares?

well as i have said mate, i told her we're now apart and we can see other people, but it made her more determined to prove that she isn't seeing anyone, the fact that she is stalling on the mortgage makes me more pissed off

Your lawyer may be able to speed up the process of her signing over the mortgage. Her opinions, lies, who she dates, etc shouldn't affect a legal transaction. You're the one in power since she's signing over the mortgage to you.

actually mate, i'm signing it over to her, she's gotta sign the documents tho!,

i'm going to gran canaria to live and work in april and need the flat off my name by then, not going away with a £100k apartment over my head, it's actually when she found about me going abroad when she started stalling!!

now you see why i don't give a f*** who she's sh@gging, it's her that wants me think she's enjoying herself on her own!

anyway, thanks for the advice mate

ste.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You might be in a 5hitty position if she's the one ending up with the mortgage. She's the one in power, and she'll most likely be able to take all the time she needs. Still, talk to the lawyer about this and let them know your situation.
