This revelation came to me just now, having observed the effects of not holding frame in my early days, to now holding it extremely well now:

When we hold the frame, women become eager to please us in any way they can; when they hold the frame, they expect us to be eager to please them. An "Alpha" and a "Beta" trigger and elicit two contrary sides of the same woman. Their perspective of the same woman will be largely different, as a result of her reactionary behavior to each of them.

Holding frame is the difference between people walking all over you and people willing to respect you.

Anyone challenging your frame through punishment is declaring an act of war.
