"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I was wondering if you guys ever tried psychedelics and felt some effects on how you interact with people.

I tried some yesterday and along with losing my ego I think I felt the collective unconscious.

The communication animals do with each other consciously without being able to speak is the same communication we do as humans subconsciously. I heard it was even proven scientifically that people can sense when another person is looking at them even if they have their eyes closed.

The most interesting thing though, as I dug through my psyche(I tried to dig as deep I could). I started out just closing my eyes and I could see a sort of magnifying glass effect. Then it was like looking at the membranes of my brain and watching them expand and contract and shrivel away as I sorted out my thoughts. I dug deeper and deeper and there were more and more membranes and most of them just looked like ****'s basically. I saw all the curvatures of a woman like a painting, but in fractal form. The boobs were fractals, all the curves were fractals. Then the fractals were a nice ass. I noticed that every layer of the fractal is like 1 hump. A hump will add another fractal of human DNA to the world. I realised I am the product of nothing more than a hump. My dad was the product of a hump, so was my mom. Everybody is. And the only reason we were put on this earth is to basically hump. Because each time you hump you are making sure that the fractal doesn't end. The idea though is that the fractal ends where it begins.

I drew 2 conclusions from my trip. The first a quote from Tyler Durden in Fight club: You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.. The second has to do with ego dissollution and it's effects on social perceptionand is explained by Terence Mckenna here.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I had a bad experience with mushrooms during my drug experimentation days, so perhaps I am biased. But to me, people take these drugs and think that they somehow reveal the secrets of the universe, but to me, your just high.

People who trip off drugs always think they have uncovered some big mystery about our universe and how they relate to it as a person, but at the end of the day after the trip you know the same thing you knew before the trip, which is nothing at all.

You may be more aware of your surroundings and even at the time more aware of the psychology of the interactions going on around you, but this is a skill you can learn without the influence of drugs.

Take it as you may, but you were just high.
You learned nothing extra about our universe, or how we as people relate to it. Your intoxicated brain just tricked you into thinking you did.

On a side note, leave that **** alone. I had a bad trip and ended up with the following:

A criminal record
A court ordered psychiatric evaluation
A laceration that nearly required the amputation of my arm.

Well what the drug does is it allows me to look deeper into my subconscious. Shrooms is a lot more intense though.

I do look out for my own safety though. I just try a little bit and see how it feels, then see if I want more. Don't forget, a lot of drugs like this are administered in hospitals on a daily basis. And I don't do it very often. I just did this therapeutically because I felt the time was right. Psychologists also used different drugs to explore their psyche's as well.

I don't really expect many people on this forum to be able to relate anyway.

No thanks, I would rather keep my total mental integrity to be able to challange other competitors the best way possible.

But I admitt if I were in no position to aspire at the top I would rather let it go and enjoy life through this stuff.
I cutted alchool, porno and junk food and I can tell Im the best my possible selfs, drugs are not worth it.

If mushrooms could kill, I would have died long ago. A lot of my early 20's was spent watching my cat melt as she sat next to the stream flowing through my condo. If you take too many mushrooms, you'll think you're going to die, but you won't. If you take just the right amount, stuff melts and you laugh a lot. If you do them with a girl, you have to only take a teensy bit, enough to get the giggles. But if she laughs too much, she really will pee her pants. I wish I did not know that from experience.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Steve Jobs stated in an interview that he took LSD as a young man and it completely opened up the creative side of his brain.

He was lucky, though. It's a total crapshoot when you try those things - personally I don't think it's worth the risk.

My one shroom experience me and a few friends bought a 2-liter of premade shroom tea. It tasted delicious. Downed a tall glass. Was seeing trails within 5 mins. Had an amazing time for a few hours. Then I started wigging out. Felt like I was in a dream like state. Felt in my mind 100% certain I was dieing, and an overwhelming sadness came over me thinking I wouldn't talk to my dad again. I couldnt speak either. Like I could think about speaking, but my brain wouldn't send the message to my mouth to speak. It was crazy. So I sat in my car and did the only thing my brain could process at the time as a possible way out, I closed my eyes and tried to sleep. Then I went home, stripped naked throughout my house (still not quite sure why), and layer down in bed. I was 17 at the time, and my mom was getting ready for 1st shift as a nurse and I walked out of my room butt naked 3 different times in front of my mom.

Too scared in the 10 years sincE to give hallucinogens another try

I did 40x salvia when it was 100% legal in CA(still is I think) and I had ego death. It gave me the ability to truly not give a ****, and approaching girls was very, very easy. You know that feeling where you want to hit on a girl but you eventually dont? Your ego is preventing you from hitting on her to protect you from getting rejected. (If you have the balls to do that w/o drugs, good for you)Heres a video to explain http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCXynjpFaKU

Loosing it gave me the ability to do anything I wanted, and it came off as confidence to girls. I didnt care whether I got the girls number or not.

So in that sense, it helped my game. Although for a few months it almost brang me to tears when I would look in a picture of myself and not see me.
