"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I'm wondering how you feel about this.

To be honest, I feel surrounded by people who care so much about being charismatic, or TRYING to be, and their insincerity annoys and repulses me. Like they are just animals trying to outdo each other.

I feel blinded and unbalanced by the sheer diversity of personalities out there.

I am quite a laid back guy, polite, well-spoken etc. BUT I don't do the nice guy ****, the mistakes, the putting women on a pedestal business. I mastered that a long time ago.

But being absolutely honest with myself, maybe I am a bit dull. The thing is, when I try to be more charismatic and outrageous, it just doesn't work. I am comfortable in my own skin, but at the same time, something tells me that I should be livening things up a little bit.

Does anybody else identify with this?

How do you strike the balance between being sincere, and remaining an entertaining person to be around?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

act cool, calm, n laid back most of the time (just be yourself) but open up and be a charismatic guy when youre talkin to girls by themselves or in a small group.

Sit down with a few mates (guys and gals) and discuss what they actually do day to day while your out doing something, you'll find out most have a life thats way more boring and dull then yours.

You don't have to be some super cool, charismatic guy, all you have to be is someone thats above normal, or has his sh!t sorted. People that have most of their sh!t sorted are very very very rare, I still have a few things that I have to sort out, but the rest of the things are going smoothly.

Just go with the flow man, I go most days without doing much crap except study work and gym and the odd convo with some dude or chick, maybe I am a bit of a loner, so what I get things done when I'm alone dull and boring ha ha.

When I meet mates and wanna go out and do something, I genuinely want to go and chill out, don't wanna hear their problems, some of them see that as being arrogant or ****y but I haven't changed all that much.

The worst is when a few mates try and have a ego battle with you when your out as a group doing stuff, ya either cut them out of your life or deal with it In a positive way. One of my mates has to be right all the time even if he's being a jacka$$ and doesn't know what he's on about.

So in conclusion just do your thing and people will see you as being a cool fun guy to hang out with ........... make sure they see you as someone cool to hang out with and not a emotional tampon don't ever do that sh!t.
