Don Juan
I'm wondering how you feel about this.
To be honest, I feel surrounded by people who care so much about being charismatic, or TRYING to be, and their insincerity annoys and repulses me. Like they are just animals trying to outdo each other.
I feel blinded and unbalanced by the sheer diversity of personalities out there.
I am quite a laid back guy, polite, well-spoken etc. BUT I don't do the nice guy ****, the mistakes, the putting women on a pedestal business. I mastered that a long time ago.
But being absolutely honest with myself, maybe I am a bit dull. The thing is, when I try to be more charismatic and outrageous, it just doesn't work. I am comfortable in my own skin, but at the same time, something tells me that I should be livening things up a little bit.
Does anybody else identify with this?
How do you strike the balance between being sincere, and remaining an entertaining person to be around?
