According to the BBC, Mr. Aslin moved to Ukraine in 2018 and joined its military. He is engaged to a Ukrainian woman, the broadcaster said. Mr. Pinner comes from Bedfordshire, had served in the British Army and married a Ukrainian, the BBC reported.

The common thread here is that many of the so-called western "volunteers" who went to fight in Ukraine are basically sexpats. Virtually all of them are single men who think that they will be rewarded with pvssy for their "heroism". The thougth process here is not that different from a jihadi who thinks that he will be rewarded with virgins in paradise for blowing himself up. But unlike jihadis, these westerners weren't planning to die for their cause. They thought it was going to be like Call of Duty while in reality it's more like WW1. Cannon fodder, sitting in a trench, waiting to be blown up by artillery. Dying for a country that they weren't born in and have no real connection to...a country that's not even going to remember them when they're gone. No pvssy is worth that, IMO.

Considering that the Ukrainian military is using foreign volunteers as cannon fodder, the odds are not in the “legionnaire’s” favor.

These people going to fight for ukraine are useful idiots. Zelensky's regime is repressive and authoritarian and he's just a puppet for people that don't even live in the country.

The only use that these dumbass volunteers have is for the ukrainians to point and and say "look, the russians killed them" when in reality they put them there to be killed for propaganda purposes.
