"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

you might have read my last post about it

"I don't know what to do for once!"

http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=99553

--------------------------------

anyways i did talk to her between the bell about an hour after our lunch, and we did make a date for saturday. i was all happy and confident and ****.

so i was walking with her to her locker and i was like:

***Yesterday***

(blah blah blah)
Me: "hey, what're you doing this weekend?"
her: "friday i have work, but i'm free saturday"
Me: "oh well i was going to hangout with some people at the mall or we were going to go to (this putt-putt, batting cages, ice cream...etc. place that only my city has), have you been there before?"
Her: "no i havent"
Me: "well we planned on going saturday, do you want to come and hangout"
Her: "yeah okay"
Me: "should i give you my number, or should i call you?"
Her: "you call me"
(blah blah blah)

i shoulda saw it coming.

--------------------------------

today i actually attempted to talk to her at lunch and then it was like:

***Today

(blah blah blah)
Her "well saturday, im going to that prom thing"
Me "oh, really? who're you going with" (with a chin upwards...knowing i caught her in a LIE ALREADY)
Her "mmm-mmmy boyfriend" (she said it slowly, with a semi-guilty look as if she knows i'm not stupid enough to believe her)
Me "oh i see, I'll call you in the afternoon then on saturday" (with squinty eyes)
(and i left)

--------------------------------

then after lunch today i went to one of her friends during the bell that im friends with

Me "you never told me she had a boyfriend"
Her friend "she doesn't"
Me "i thought so, so i guess she pulled the boyfriend card on me, huh?"
(and i left)

--------------------------------

i'm supposed to call her on saturday now, i want to do something within these lines:

-catch her in her lie
-make her admit her flakiness
-say something like "look, if you're going to be flakey, you dont have to lie about it. YOU will definitely NOT hurt MY feelings"
-make her want to go on a date again
-accept the date
-call her back and turn her date request down an hour before the date

--------------------------------

would it be bad for me to do those to her? what else can i do for retaliation of her flakiness (that would make my attractiveness and ego go back up... not jerk status)?

and by the way, i didn't take her flakiness personally REALLY. i just hate girls that have to lie like that. i wouldn't have cared if she was like "i thought about it and i don't really feel like going". dumb *****. ha.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Just NEXT her! i know you want to make her admit she lied and say u recognized that game and you feel like ur not like all the afc's that that might work on and you want her to know that. But in a way this did get to you and just by dwelling on it your showing that. You want to get back at her. NEXT her, find a new girl have a good time and the new girl will surely talk and eventually build up your rep. Then your NeXted girl will feel like a dumb*** for passing up someone great.

I agree, you will just be wasting your time trying to get back at her. Next her and work on other girls. Don't let your emotions control your actions, if they do you can develop a nasty case of oneitis. I learned that the hard way.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I will have to say something totally different than all of these guys...actually no I won't.

The word next is so simple by definition. The effect is not.

You move on. You forget about this broad. She realizes shes been 'nexted'. She wonders why. She wants you. You turn her down. Other girls see you're wanted and that you're not going to get with just any chick. They want you, etc. Get the picture?

(Okay its not THAT simple, but I summarized, okay?)

MUHAHHAHA.

Nexting her works, or leaving it open for later, maybe you'll get with her later. That usually happens if you're dating many girls at once, you don't have to worry about this sort of thing.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
