"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I think of the lessons I've learned on SoSuave daily. I attribute a lot of the success I've been having with women to the readings on here.

So here's the question...What's the best tip you've read and applied from SoSuave?

One of them that really sticks in my mind is a quicktip article explaining how one should always persist a second time with a girl even if she initially rejected him. She's probably "testing" you, subconsciously or not. You have to realize to yourself that you ARE the best guy for her, and that she's making a BIG mistake rejecting you.

I've been applying this countless times in various instances.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

^^^ money.

At the expense of being perceived of jumping on the bandwagon, I credit Pook for a great tip, which, to varying degrees, are expressed from other authors from different angles... but... with a name like Pook, how could you not give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he had this word of wisdom from the second he came out of his mother's womb?

And it is this: Embrace your sexuality. Do not hide your testosterone driven essence of NATURAL manliness. All the tips and tricks of the trade branch off from this core principle, that everything you SHOULD BE as a male in today's society, you ALREADY ARE. Now live it.

Of course, he has numerous articles that expand on this concept, which I don't care to advertise, as if I haven't done enough already. Overall, when, by a stroke of nature, I might get into a whirlwind of confusion and mental block, I can always remember this simple principle. EMBRACE YOUR SEXUALITY. **** THE NORM. LIVE OPEN IN YOUR TESTOSTERONE...

Yup.

I find the eyecontact theories (especially the one about the dilating pupils, and hence being more attractive, etc etc) are really really good. Mostly because that is the absolute first step, right before "hi". Get the eyecontact thing happening, plus bodylanguage, and you can really get the foot up early :)

Not being needy, and having a life probably.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Girls are the sugar on top. What you make of the rest of your life determines the fruit. (metaphorically, I dont' know the exact words)

Basically, if your girls are rotten, you should have a damn good fruit still, because you shouldnt' be putting that rotten sugar on top.

On the flip side, no girl will make your rotten apple any more pleasing.

And if you're rotten and the girls hate you, you're nothing.

Worry about loving yourself, before you love another.
