I was recently thinking about music therapy, as it was brought up in conversation with an academic colleague of mine. And I came to a pretty damn good insight. As simple and self-evident as this insight may be it is absolutely fundamental to having control over yourself when you need to be a boss, but other pressures (insecurities, fears, scarcity mind-set, etc) are making you want to be a cuck/AFC and do some cucky behaviour.

When you find yourself in the midst of a situation where you want to do something AFC or cucky or needy, perhaps, as an example you want to double text a girl, or you keep thinking about a girl over and over again, or you want to contact your ex, or you want to stalk your ex on facebook, etc. what you need to do is go into iTunes and have a playlist of bada$$ music ready to listen to for 15 minutes. You just put in headphones, shut the fvck up, blast your speakers, and listen to some motherfvcking bada$$ music. For some reason this SNAPS you back into being a boss and you tell yourself to fvck off with the AFC bullsh1t.

Music has a significant effect on your mood. This is why you should NEVER EVER listen to love songs sad music in the midst of break up (like Bon iver, or whatever > even though I heavily fvcks with bon iver). In the midst of a break up it is imperative to ONLY listen to bada$$ or uplifting music. Rap, heavy rock/metal, even some bada$$ blues.

So, if you currently do not have an emergency music playlist titled: Stop being a f4ggot you pvssy, then you need to immediately create one.

Post some suggestions in the comments below

I suggest perhaps something like this: (Even though I am not huge on rap, the feeling you get from something like this is to be a fvcking boss with self-respect.) But you can choose any songs you like. Just make sure the feeling you get from it is to be a boss.

This is better if you dont fvck with rap.

Remember the point for this music playlist is not that the music is technically impressive it is about the feeling that gives you.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Agreed. There is a lot of music that I used to love that I just don't really listen to anymore because it's negative and incites a lot of AFC emotions.
