"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

The beat goes on.. The Cougar

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Cougars chase the young guys for one nights stands. This show has nothing to do with cougars.

"New show called The Cougar. Twenty guys in their 20s compete for the affections of a 40 something mom with four kids."

Which really means it's 20 guys competing for the affections of a 40 year old woman using the show for exposure to kick start her acting career. Woman will then ditch all 20 guys after the show completes taping.

I saw CNN show about it. What the hell is it with these old rich women hunting down young men?

Are these guys that desperate for the money in her purse?

This is dam gross from my point of view. I saw preview of that show which 12 guys get off the bus to meet a woman. Sheesh, man.
What the hell is happening to our society ?

Scary thing is that I dont think they do it for the money. What concerns me is that men are becoming so feminised I would not be surprised if they are doing it for the validation!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

LMAO. Didn't she have like 4 kids by 3 different fathers? I remember she used to have a website as well.

I think all of the fathers were in prison or died there as well.

I thought it was hilarious. You have to watch the show for its idiotic comedy though. The whole dynamic of 20 guys chasing after a used up cougar for more than just sex is laughable and stupid on so many levels. So I just laugh at all the idiots making fools of themselves.

All the guys in there are looking for love?

They should be there only to bang her - not to get into a long-term relationship

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

on a personal level im sure theyre all just doing it for money and fame, the same reason as any 'reality' show's contestants operate.

So how long do you see this "cougar revolution" being a part of our culture?

I have a business idea.

I think it is only going to get bigger. I don't see any signs of it slowing down. Might as well make money off it. I have a few ideas myself.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
