The "Average American Woman" is a 3/10 not a 5/10 if your using national weight averages as a guideline

The average american woman is a whopping 171bs at 5ft4. That would make her a 3/10, not a 5/10. She's bordering obesity for christs sake! How is that a "mid" in attractiveness???

So why do you guys rate her a "5"? Fat men are not 5's either.

The average woman in Bangladesh is 122lbs, so they are all automatic 7+ are they??? I think not.

It depends on how you apply the 1-10 scale. I always thought that the scale was flexible and demographic-dependent, as opposed to being based on some arbitrary standards of female beauty. If the average woman in a Country A is a pretty 110 lbs blonde, that's your 5. If the average woman in Country B is a 400 lbs gorilla, she's also a 5.

The 1-10 scale is subjective. I have my own way of rating. 10s don't exist, 9s are rare as hen's teeth, 8s are beauties, and the vast majority of attractive women fall in the 6 - 7 range. 5s are undoable, when you come right down to it. There's a chart showing examples of 1 through 10s (featured in another thread, this one: https://www.sosuave.net/forum/threads/so-a-girl-asked-me-how-tall-i-am.286180/ ). It's an old chart that has been around a long while. I don't agree with it though.

I’m from a province where body positivity was once a thing. It seemed like for every one rocket that cared about her weight. There were thousands that didn’t. The brutal part. A lot of those girls were really pretty. The saying “she’d be hot if she lost weight” was heard a lot. The crazy thing was. You could go on vacation somewhere else and even an average looking girl that had a banging body was in 7-8 territory cause it was something your eyes weren’t used to. But to the men at that place. Those girls were invisible cause it was normal. It’s like the office average looking girl that goes to the gym and takes care of herself surrounded by older women or out of shape chicks. these days if your a girl that’s in shape and pretty. It’s the equivalent of being rich cause she’ll have all the best lineups and options. Thats doesn't make any sense. A 400lbs morbidly obese gorilla woman is still a 1/10 (more like 0/10) no matter where you go in the world.

If 95% of Americans had leprosy, does having leprosy make you a "5"? I think not. We aren't going to quickly adopt to find disgusting things "average."

From a females lens or POV, imagine if average men in America were 4ft6 and the tallest Elite men where 5ft0, but the average woman was 5f4. Do you think those 5ft4 women would fight each other and strongly compete for a 5ft0 elite man. No they would not. If they knew men who were 6ft0 existed in other Nations,, they would become Passport sisters without a doubt.

Personally I do not use the 1-10 scale based on averages but my own subjective taste. How can it be any other way? I've gotten into heated argument with my friends because what they consider a 9 or 10 is like a 6 or 7 to me, and vice versa.

I don't buy the idea that anyone can determine what is statistically/mathematically "attractive" and ultimately that distinction seems kind of arbitrary. While I definitely do not believe beauty is all subjective, the idea that can be purely objective seems like total nonsense too. It's similar to how people claim to be "non-biased" or "evidence-based" when in actuality they're probably just as biased as everyone else, if not moreso.

They aren't getting the best girls. Most Average men who are 5's to 6's (healthy weight) from the Anglosphere are having to trave to S.E Asia or South America just to get their equal Average healthy Weight Woman who are 5's and 6's, not some 10/10 Perfect Hotty.

If these healthy weight average men didn't travel, they know they are only stuck with fat hogs in their home country (1's, 2's and 3's)
