1- Always get better every day. It doesn’t matter if it’s 1% better or .01% better. If you are not moving forward, you are moving backwards. The physics of the universe does not allow an object to be motionless. It’s either moving forward or backwards. Now of course if you are getting 1% better every day, the road towards mastery might take 4 years. And if your daily improvement is .01%, it might take you 40 years. The principle still applies. If you are not moving forward, you are going backwards. There is no such thing as a motionless state. This is a scientific fact.

2. Always have and maintain a positive attitude. There is a a saying that “gratitude is attitude.” Don’t pity yourself. Always be grateful for what’s going good in your life. No matter what situation you are in, don’t ever succumb to self pity. It is a waste of energy. Instead, focus that energy on trying to get 1% better each day. Consistency compounds. This principle applies to both relationships and business. A man’s attitude can take him above to the stars or the pits of hell.

3. Discipline is destiny. Tom Brady knew he had very little physical attributes that could make him the greatest QB of all time. But he had 1 intangible called discipline. If it took waking up at 6 am and going through drills and watching game tape, he’d show up at 6 am. Your level of discipline determines your destiny in life. Not your talents. Not your privileges. Everyone wants to be the beast but not everyone everyone wants to do what the beast does on a daily basis. There is no rest for the wicked.

4. Have a vision. You cannot get anywhere if you have no idea where you’re going or even want to go. Your vision has to come from within you and not what society tells you what you need to be. Have a vision of where you want to go and develop a process that will take you there.

5. The process is all. Treat everyday as if it had a life and history of its own. Fall in love with the process. It’s not about the result, it’s about what it takes to achieve that result. It starts with a vision. And then you develop a process that will take you there. And you have to fall in love with the daily process that will take you to that dream.

And you have to execute that process every single day.

from the Philippines means you very immersed in social connection for survival. its all around you, its different than men in western countries. any groups will do. your in college.... if your swim and run then your in physical shape. if your attending campus classes your literally surrounded by women in a way men from other places could only dream about. you already have access....

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

OP those are good behaviors for living in general but for attractivneness specifically that's just cope. The #1 thing is being comfortable with who are you and each point #1-5 comes from a place of insecurity and scarcity.

Improving a little every day isn't a cope. If you're not improving yourself, working toward a vision, having a positive attitude, and exercising self discipline, what are you doing with your time here?
(I mean "you" as in general, not "you" specifically).

To answer your question: learning how to effectively and efficiently deal with women, everything else being held constant. Which I believe was more or less the original purpose of this forum.

Not disagreeing with you, but in practice I have observed posters taking the above concepts and trying to use them to turn this place into a personal support forum, directly or indirectly.

There also comes a point where the context of the world around everyone needs to be taken into account. It's going down the drain, so any personal improvement goals need to reflect the reality of this, and they often don't.

But yes, generally speaking, our purpose here is to spiritually grow. That being said, you have to be smart about it. It's harder to spiritually grow with underdeveloped discernment.

The title of the thread and the thread content are not related, they have nothing to do with each other.

Those are 5 principles for a man to be better for himself and society, they have nothing to with attracting women. I would say more than 50% of the men on Sosuave do all that and more, yet still can't get hot women.

This site is about attracting hot women. In my opinion, if a man wants to attract hot women, he should:

- Have good hair. Good hair is really important for a man
- Height - I used to say "has to be at least 6'1", but I don't think its that important now, as long as he taller than her. Hair is more important
- Money - have some so he can spend on women without being nervous; not spend in buying her gifts, spend in terms of he's relaxed with it.

In my experience, everything else being relatively equal and not speaking in extremes, the number one thing that will give a man the most confidence and will attract the most women, is a man's hair.

Rafael Nadal, married with 2 kids, worth $400,000,000, famous ex athlete, has expensive boats, cars, houses, watches, and a tennis academy named after him. He can't solve his hair loss....

They can put a man on the moon, go to space and back, go to the deepest depths of ocean, create nuclear weapons, create a B2 bomber worth $2,000,000,000. They can't solve hair loss....

Keep the hair ladies and gentlemen!

Don't they teach you though, that to attract women, you should put less focus on them? Self improvement isn't about attracting women, necessarily, but it can't hurt. A rising tide lifts all boats, as they say. A guy needs to offer some value, so it never hurts to work on yourself. But no, I don't think it was specifically about attracting women.

That says to me that it can't be done. What about all the bald guy role model sex symbols though, like the Rock, Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, and the like? I'm fortunate that I've kept my hair, although it's turned gray. Good thing too, because I don't think the bald look would work for me.

A lot of good points in your post, but allow me to make a counterpoint. Since you brought up Tom Brady, does he strike you as a happy person who genuinely enjoys life? He certainly does not strike me as such. Yes, he has money and fame, but those things do not buy you happiness, at least not in the long run. If one's life revolves around extreme discipline and pushing himself to the limit (which is unpleasant by definition), how can he "enjoy the process", as you say?

Great point that isn’t typically discussed here.

Mike Tyson said you need to be willing to give up your happiness to be the world’s best.

That makes sense. No matter how much you “love” something, I imagine it stops being fun at extreme levels.

Happiness is found in a balanced life. You can't be at the top of anything being a balanced person. Sometimes I admire the little guy that doesn't want much in life and is content right where he is at.

That sounds great in theory. But in reality, discipline gives you the most opportunity to be balanced and have total freedom. The director of my company exemplified all of the principles I mentioned for the first 10 years of his career. Now he takes more vacations than anyone else, spends most of his time fishing (his main passion), and has more time for his family than anyone in the company. He owns multiple houses and spends most of his time deciding if he wants one kind of truck vs another kind of truck because he wants to do a lot of camping in 2026. He was imbalanced/extremely disciplined for 10 years of his life. Now he is the most balanced person I know personally.

On planet Earth, you have to be extremely disciplined to achieve the “balanced” life you seek. You have to sacrifice for the life you want to live.

I’m not talking about living in Utopia. I’m talking about living on planet Earth where inflation is out of control and everything is expensive.

10000% .

In novels the " 50 shades " type protagonist id ALWAYS a wealthy man.

Aka a Don juan should be wealthy! And Im ina back and forth with @We_ArE_VeNOM right now about the importance of money. You as man should be a "total dream package " to the new women you meet. Feck struggle love . You dangle all you got in front of her, your body ,charm, wealth , lifestyle ect.

Right now im having vacation from my regular job, but unlike the average man I'm not laying down on the beach and shyte. Im working at least 12 hours per day 7 days per week , only to go home and sleep.

My eyes or on the prize. I literally lost an hb9 due to not having time to see her. She will easily find a new dude who does have time..Yet , I attracted her my just being me, moving and grinding in my stained working clothes, sweating like an otter.

Work life balance is for p00sies.

This can be slimmed down to three:
- be physically attractive (eyes on you)
- be competent and sure of yourself (tingles begin)
- be charming and funny (game over, she's ready and waiting, don't f*ck it up)
