"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Am I reading too deep into this? The woman at work that I am attracted to works across the hall from my office. I had some followup work that I was having a challenge with, so I sent her an email if she help with the issue. Now this was something that was quickly resolved and she could have just as easily sent me a reply back. But she opted to come over to me and tell me in person. Anytime I ask for her help. she always comes over in person to help when most of the time. she could easily just send me a reply via email to let me know.

We constantly make strong eye contact with each other. Alot of the times that I glance at her, she will look away real quick. sometimes she will smile at me. But I see her glances at me quite often. (I admit I glance at her just as much).

Now here is the scoop if you wonder why I dont hae any balls to just ask her out to find out if she is interested or not. Part of the reason is yes, I am shy , but also I have heard some other women say she is married. so I am reluctant to make a move. She does have a ring on her finger, but its not a wedding band.

I guess I just out to kill the curiosity more then anything.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Try and have a conversation with her. Find out if she is married. If not, then work up your courage to ask her out.

The very question says that you are.

NO point thinking about it. Go for the number, and you'll have your answer plus peace of mind.

Some things are better left in the realm of fantasy. Personally I never bone chicks from my job. I've learned the hard way that business and pleasure don't mix well, but in the end only you can decide if this is a worthwhile effort.

If I were in your shoes, I'd try to spend sometime with her on a lunch break, charm the fukk out of her and just treat her as a good friend. Spend time with her outside work but don't look for sex! Use her as a pivot to get to her dime friends (they always travel in packs) Get her to help you with your game instead of being the objective. This is the mark of a solid player, no attachments, no expectations...just enjoy yourself.
