"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I don't think the combined text messages I've sent throughout my entire life amount to what a lot of you guys text in one conversation.

Here's how it SHOULD go...

HB9: oia

Me: Hey. What are you up to?

HB9: blah blah. I'm bored.

Me: Well, I might be free for drinks later. Come hang with me

HB9: YES / NO (end of conversation)

What is the point of you posting this here? Is there a question in there somewhere? Advice? LR?

She gave you an INSANE amount of signals that she wants to chill with you, and evantually invited you over. You declined; now what? Is this a brag post? A tutorial on texting?

Oh God. Seriously? A whole conversation via text (which I'm not really happy about) and you got nothing to show for!? Plus the chick was almost like "DM, come over and fuck my brains out. Please."

Be a man of action and lead.

wow man are you retarded? lol. she basically asked you to go over and fuk her. i would of said the first time she mentioned she was bored; "i can change that. i'm about to jump in my car now and come over. see you soon!"

you missed out pal!

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Study those two lines. They are key. The rest is you using negging or c&f on a chick that is already into you. That was totally unnecessary. A little playful teasing is ok, but don't punish a chick who propositions you.

Anyway, we've all done some silly sh&t. Don't beat yourself up for it. But going forward, if you sense she wants you to come over, like the other posters said, go for it. No need to try to run more "attraction game."

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I wasn't bragging, I was genuinely cut at myself for not having the balls to front up and fvck her right then and there.

I tried to rationalise it to myself and say that I was making a sacrifice so that I could follow my other goals (i.e. my health goals and business goals), but that's a cop out.

I just basically chickened out in the face of her direct game, which was p!ss weak of me.
