its not that she doesn't like. she could very much like you. when you ask a girl out you should usually do it while talking. also avoid asking like "are you free friday?" "what are your plans on monday?" Girls are smart, they know what you're up to. Try something like "hey theres such and such going on would u like to go on thursday or on friday?" hope that helps.

You asked her out the wrong way... You should of planned something you want to do. Then, say; "Monday I'm going to do __________ you should join me."
