I wrote in another thread recently that a former oneitis of mine has been blowing up my phone. This trend has continued. The long and short of it is that I disconnected around Xmas time after I acted a little beta and she was acting a little flaky. I went ghost and became a different person physically (gym) and mentally (thanks, SoSuave).
So now we're here. I never initiate texts and, when I do, I keep things pretty brief. I try to use texts only to make plans and her and I live in different States at the moment so that's a no-go for another month. I'm pretty busy these days so I'll often take a while to respond. Now she'll double-text if I take too long. I'm pretty neutral in my texts so she has no idea what I think of her at the moment. I have to admit, it's pretty fun to see the dynamic turned on its head.
My question is if I should just stay the course or throw a bit of sexuality in these texts? Clearly she's enjoying having to chase me and part of me is thinking if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I think part of the fun for her is constantly guessing if I still like her or not, and if I start escalating via text that may give her an answer and then the game's not fun anymore.
FYI, a relationship isn't the end game here. I wouldn't rule it out down the line if things were working out, but for now I kinda just like the idea of banging a girl who was once famously hot and cold with me.
