I mean, this really isn't a secret, is it? However, as we get older, many of us forget this.. and might be caught in sedentary activity or behavior, which causes our testosterone levels to drop even more.

So , what do we do about it? Take your supplements. Theres tons of stuff that raises testosterone, even in food. Ginger, Garlic, Fenugreek, Nuts, Fish, but also Eggs, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, different Herbs, Ashwaganda, Niacin, Tribulus, Yohimbe, Maca, Horny Goat Weed, Zinc, Selenium, MAgnesium

But the supplements will undoubtably do JACK**** if you don't workout. and when Is ay wrokout, I don't mean you have to go pound heavy weights at the gym, take protein shakes every day, pre workout supplements, wear fitness gear and all that.. Even doing 100 pushups a day, 100 crunches, situps, dips, pullups can suffice. It's all about activating muscles constantly, putting stress on the muscles and getting the heart pumping

But whats the other aspect of testosterone? It's the mental . Your attitude, the things you watch, the way you program yourself, the people you hang around, the things you tolerate.. These all have an affect on your brain which has an affect on your hypothalmus and pituitary gland, your HPTA , and thus your glands which produce testosterone.. That's the big thing that's missing for alot of people. It's the reason why nerds and wimps, and flamboyant men can lift weights and eat good and still have that sensitive side to them. Gotta train your brain as well as your body.


Testosterone directly correlates with size of a person, their bone density, muscle density, but also the size of their penis and balls. So why wouldn't you want more testosterone? Testosterone also is attractive to women. The more testosterone a men has, is subconciously noticed by all men and women, children, and EVEN DOGS. The way dogs act around high testosterone males vs low testosterone males is a testament in of itself.

Majority of successful CEO's of big companies have two things in common, higher levels of testosterones and usually 6'0 or taller.


Now, the obvious question for alot of people is "why don't ij ust start taking testosterone injections"? Here's why: your body becomes reliant on them as it shuts down your natural testy completely, and takes a long time to recover, up to months to a year. but heres the thing thats worse: when you take these testosterone injections and have the money to take them for the rest of your life, you are also altering other hormones in your body slightly, but the affect adds up over time. Some dudes who I know who taken TRT for many years are weirdly overly emotional.. in a terrible way. probably due to taking the shi themselves and not having a doctor.

Anyways, just a reminder, Testosterone is key. Does your mindset, your activities, your diet and training regiment represent that of someone who has high testosterone? While I do appreciate your post, you're talking to us like we know nothing about testosterone. This is all common knowledge among men and posted many times already throughout the years. The real problem here is why has mens test levels lowered throughout the years? How do you take over a planet? You take out the alpha males. How do you do that? Through poisoning our foods, making porn free, gay agenda, tranny agenda, distractions, online dating, social media and medications.

Another big factor is the massive rise in single mothers. Boys need their fathers to help become a strong man. To balance things out. Without the ying you don't have the yang. When a boy is mainly around his mother growing up, he is surrounded by feminine energy. When the father isn't around it causes a lot of mental disorders in both genders. Some of the things I mentioned above were intentionally used to cause broken homes, to make sex nothing more than an act, to remove love, to create narcissism.

Over the past 20 years mens grip strength has lowered around 15 psi, while women's have increased around 10 psi. It's obvious women in todays society have become more masculine, while men are becoming more feminine. It's by design to destroy man. The me too movement played a role. The weapon that played the biggest role is social media. It gives women an infinite amount of attention and validation from thirsty beta's.

The by product creates narcissists as social media's code is written based of psychopathy. Men start to fantasize about certain women they see on social media, they become dependent, they become lonely, they become immersed in the digital world. Then those women they follow open an only fans account and all those men are quick to sign up, pay the fee and jerk off. Men become more beta, while women become more narcissist which causes a gender flop.

They are trying so hard to put women on a pedestal these days, while making men the enemy by constantly using the toxic masculinity line. Hence the massive increase in women playing male roles in moves and tv shows. Another secret that most don't know is the massive amount of trannies in the music, entertainment and fashion industry. The devil is deceiving men to be attracted to men without even realizing it. Haven't you noticed the massive increase in gay men and trannies? This is all by design to lower mens testosterone and emasculate men.

Sadly I believe we have dug ourselves in a hole so deep there is no getting out of. Men are doomed if this keeps on going the way it has. I see it first hand as I have family members who are single moms. I try my hardest to be there for the boys, to mold them into a strong man. Without the guidance of a man, the boy will stay a boy.

Anyway, back to testosterone... I am 40... and a year ago decided to go on optimization therapy. I call it optimization because my levels were ok... I was 605 total test but my free test was 8 or 9... which is pretty low. I take two shots a week and now I’m at 1400-1500 with a free test of 40-50. The difference is night and day. If you have the money and are approaching 40.. I think it’s well worth it.

Testosterone is the life blood of a man. I have never been thus ripped and strong in my life.I can spend hours hiking/ hunting... come gone do a full days work on my yard.... and still have energy to lift heavy and do cardio

So a balanced and healthy diet plus a regular gym routine, sounds simple but 80% of men don't bother.

Too many guys would rather eat a bag of chips instead of broccoli.

Instead of a nice home cooked meal they go out for KFC and McDonald's.

They sit down all day at their office cubicals and make no effort to do any exercise.

If anyone would prefer a natural T-booster they should try Tongkat Ali.

Yeah man not everyone goes on trt in their 40's. Just stay active and always go herbal before injecting yourself with synthetic testosterone.

True but I wouldn't mind feeling 30 in a 40 year olds body when the time comes

T levels are declining globally. When you factor age to that, could be a problem

I'm only 32 atm so we'll see. But I hope you're right

Yeah, thats why its worth constantly lifting weights and eating well from a youn age and keeping it going.

I get blood tests done several times a year, one of the main reasons is for T levels. I'm 40.

So far so good it. I would certainly consider low doses of T if/when that starts to significantly decline as I get older.

I think it has a big effect on mood, vitality, sex drive, energy levels, aging etc and therefore overall quality of life, so worth the investment/commitment when the time comes.

I'm 39 and no doubt my levels have dropped. I stopped working out heavily about 10 years ago and I think that's been a main driver of it. I still get plenty of exercise and 'work' (preferably outside), but I definitely need to pick it up there and in the diet.

Testosterone never has been a problem for bodybuilders, that's for certain. Heavy weightlifting and exercise, with proper form, can literally be the fountain of youth.

+1 that is my belief too speed dawg, a bodybuilder is really the only archetype of male that a woman can be Guaranteed with a capital 'G' that his testosterone and youthful look will be high for his entire life.

I dated a very good looking model/personal trainer and from all her clients and recommendations to them, they reported that Tongkat Ali worked the best. I haven't personlly tried it yet but one of these days, I will try that and also Red Ginseng which is supposed to have similar effects.

Personally, I think TRT should be the LAST resort for everyone AFTER they have tried everything else and actually made an EFFORT. TRT to me is kind of cheating if you're not making max efforts in other areas first. With that said, if you naturally have a really low Testosterone deficiency and have tried everything else, you gotta do what you gotta do.

I'll soon be 49, I generally date girls 10-15 years younger and they think I look early to mid 30's. I have a body of upper 20's, early 30's male. But with that said, I felt like I hit a mild wall at 45yo and I think I may hit a harder wall at 50. I've tried various supplements before on and off before but I'm trying to stay away from any assistance and only taking multi-Vitamins now.

I may start taking D-Aspartic acid again because my T levels seem down as I'm not as energetic. It's worked for me but it doesn't work for everyone. Just another alternative to try if you feel your T levels being low. 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

I can relate and think you will be suitably impressed with Tongkat Ali, alone, or stacked, with Black ginger and/or Butea Superba.

2 weeks on, 1 week off is said to be an acceptable cycle for Tongkat use.

I know through blood work experiments you can raise your testosterone pretty significantly naturally by getting 8-10 hours of sleep, eating a bodybuilding diet, and thru heavy weight training. My problem has always been the sleep... if I can get those 8-10 hours for a few weeks my testosterone jumped up into the 800’s at 38-40 years old. With my job, life, hobbies abs activities... I struggle some days to get 4-6 hours and that’s when it drops into the 500-600 range. If your in your late 30’s and early 40’s rest and recovery is more important to your testosterone levels than anything else. If you can’t get that rest and you want higher testosterone you might have to take that plunge and get on TRT.

if I could get enough sleep I would definitely go that route over TRT. At some point if you want the best quality of life I think every man should get on it.... whether it’s in your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s or even later is definitely variable.

many of the men that have done it, tell the same.

if a man can't or won't get the level to the healthy range, doing it artificially gives a better quality of life than not.

is a long list of medical things men can to do improve or not decay. this is one of them, fixing this problem if it was bad is like turning on a light switch in a dark room.
