Just a few things I do and take. My theory is that if you keep your d1ck healthy, you’re ultimately keeping your body healthy. My d1ck is the barometer of everything else that is going on inside me. Not getting hard enough, but in shape? Check my stress. Etc. here’s what I do, or as Johnny Drama said, here’s an idea if you want to fvck like a puma

First and foremost, get your health right. Physically, I do the following.

Jim Wendler 5/3/1 training 4 day split gets your hormones right, your strength on point and your confidence way up. You’re breaking your own balls, what is your boss or someone else going to say to you to get under your skin after you spilled your guts earlier that morning on the gym floor?
Pre workout shake : 2,000 mg sodium via electrolyte mix, 5mg Leucine, 5mg Citrulline, 30g Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrine, caffeine optional
Post workout out: 50mg protein, 100mg dextrose, 5mg creatine

Cardio on off days for that blood flow.

Diet:
Remain hydrated
6-8 hours sleep
As much natural protein if possible, 1 gram at least per pound of clean body weight. Equal carbs on lifting days and lighter on cardio days.
Shakes to supplement.

Supps:
Tongkat: 1,000 mg in the morning
Fadogia: 1200 mg, 3 week cycles
Carlson’s fish oil: 15ml morning. Get 2,000mg DHA , EHA and omega 3 this way
Men’s multi
Sunflower lecithin: 3g morning, 3g evening
10,000 iu vitamin d w/k2 morning
10g boron evenings, 2 week cycle
25 mg zinc chelated , evening

I blew a load so large the other day she almost puked. Do what you will.

my stats:

6’4
235
15% body fat
40.5 yrs
Test: 1069 total
Free: 4%
estradiol is low

all natural

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

That's a good stack...the only thing I would recommend as a must add would be magnesium (preferably magnesium oil) as it's a key for almost 400(and some scientists believe 600+) enzymatic processes in the body and most people are highly deficient in it...also a key in the calcium-magnesium ion pump responsible for getting magnesium into muscles and pulling calcium out of there so it can get to bones...part of the triumvirate of D3/K2/Magnesium that all are required to handle calcium properly in the body.

Also, with soil quality degrading constantly, you cannot count on even organic produce to have proper amounts of nutrients anymore.

In tests done, crops even from the same fields differed from having the full nutrient profiles they were suppose to have with virtually no nutrients in them due to differences in soil quality even from one end of a field to the other.

Good call. I should have mentioned that I scoop Re-Lyte hydration constantly. I used to take magnesium in the evening but I get so much of it now from the powder.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I use Double Wood. I’ve grown accustomed to it, but early on, it was very noticeable. Whenever I run out, I’ll try LJ100, their standardized extract.

.
Double wood is the same one I use...its legit. Gotta be careful to only use the brands they do studies with since they are usually standardized and results can vary widely among the other types

I would suggest you aren't using the brand in the study. Results and quality vary widely among these things and always need to make sure you are using the brand they use in studies as it's standardized.

Do you use Tongkat or LJ100? I just revisited the Amazon listings for both and the rating on LJ100 is 4.5 vs 4.3 for regular Tongkat which is pretty significant.

An important topic. Need adequate amounts of Vitamin D, it helps with all the "man stuff"

I have this app on phone called D-Minder, it's just a vitamin d tracker. Gives you an estimation of how much Vitamin D you get from the sun (depending on conditions: how cloudy it is, amount of skin exposed etc), also any sort of oral supplementation. I'm not sure how accurate it is because I haven't gotten a blood test while using this app to confirm the level but i'd guess should provide a reasonable estimate. Was developed with the help of a Vitamin D "authority" in my area - Dr Michael Hollick he is an instructor at Boston University.

Bedroom performance and maintaining extremely long lasting erections and minimizing downtime
I took my first dose of 400mg LJ100 an hour ago. Oh boy. I was trying to figure out why everything was warmer and rosier and ready to take the day on and it dawned on me. Have to sit with this for the day and assess. About to go hit 11 sets of deadlifts and 5 incline bench though so hopefully it helps.

I could have done any mix of push after the deadlift, I would usually do 5x10 of front squats but I’m doing as much extra upper as I can.

I think theast workouts I remember doing at the gym with DLs were when I was still wearing my 60lb weighted vest during workouts and started with Box Jumps then Deadlifts supersetted with DB squat/presses and then lat pulldowns supersetted with cable or DB rows followed by core work.

Those were the days

Now I just workout not to get injured and don't really worry much about the weight any more. Getting old sucks...you spend far more time preventing injury while working out than anything else.

That is some serious work. The issue I am dealing with now is the fact that I didn’t dial in my macros and I was eating like a horse, so I have to find some balance in gaining with a tighter macro profile. I got MyFitnessPal so that’s being worked on. Knocked off like 1,000 calories a day the last few days. I feel better already.

Yikes! That's sometimes my total calorie intake in one day!

1500 is ideal for me for my weight and height but don't always achieve that.

In any event, I'm glad you feel better.
