"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Technique abuse doesn't make a man a true Don Juan.

Think about it this way:

Who is more respected: the geek who studies 24/7, or the Rhodes scholar genius who has a life?

The parallel is that memorizing canned neg-hits and openers is stupid. If you are ever put on the spot(and you will be) you will have NOTHING TO BACK IT UP! Unless you have an IQ of 230, you will NOT be able to think of a line for EVERY situation you're in.

So, what do you do?

Easy answer to that....

YOU LIVE FOR YOURSELF. THERE'S NO ONE MORE WORTH LIVING FOR.

Have a life. Live for your own enjoyment. The girls will follow.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

luveno your right,

memorizing false lines is cracko i agree,
for one becuase its sad, and i feel sorry for the guy who sits there cramming as many chat lines into his head as he can before he goes out...check mate kid, ha, whoops

and on the other hand techniques are good, for one, if your genuinly funny,(not me) and enjoy teasing girls then your attitude comes off as attractive anyway...
you dont need to rehurse the c&f lines, its natrual...

thats what is important, being genuine... memorising neg hits is not genuine, no...
having a wicked personality is, yes, making fun of someone in good humor is genuine...
its not the lines that people are learning here, its having that GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR that people are learning.

ooh, and trying too secretly hypnotise a girl to like you is wrong too!
