“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi guys,

I am 6ft 5in, 168lbs - 12 stone...

Obviously I am tall and skinny which I dont want to be.

I plan to start bulking up, and I understand diet is a big part of it, but Im a student and not made of money, so I cant afford sh!t loads of beef every day etc.

I do have weights and bench in my garage to do deadlifts...I have a big tub of whey protein...but thats about it...I only really eat one main meal, and a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and usually some junk food in the daytime.

Anyone have any pointers and a sample diet to help me bulk up as I'm a newb to it all?

Thanks

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Hey fidelity,

When it comes to gaining weight, you'll need a diet high in calories/protein.

1g of protein / lb of body mass is a good place to start, might sound like a lot but your body needs it.

You should be shooting for at least 3500 kcal/day. If you budget is tight, 1gallon of milk a day would be money, because it would provide u with 2500 cals. You add a few meals ( beef + pasta/rice ) on top of that and you're good to go. check out stronglifts.com for more info.

The where to start post in the vault will give u a great workout routine.

Take care

mate, Im also bulking up at the moment, and calories don't have to be expensive, which is a good thing because you will need ALOT.

for example, 500g of value oats, and 2 pints of whole milk, will make a very large ammount of porridge.
That lot will set you back slightly more than a pound per day, and will add a whooping 2500 calories of protein, carbs and fat to your diet. Add fruit and veg and meat/fish and you can pack in a massive ammount of calories quite cheaply.

You need to eat a lot more, and alot more frequently, Id also reccommend eating cleaner, lots of fruit and veg and NO junk food.

Good luck, if in doubt, eat.

I have detailed posts on my blog that explain how nutrition greatly affects muscle gain.

Don't despair, size will come, you just need the knowledge.
