Talks about another guy indirectly to you

If at a party or whatever and i'm talking to a group of girls or 2+ girls...and one of them asks for a womans opinion if that guy over there is hot or if they blurt out omg he's hot or WHATEVER the case may be. how do you respond?

typically if a girl goes and talks to another guy while i'm talking to her...whether it be someone she knows or a guy interrupting me i'll just walks away...but still be in sight of her and she always comes and finds me...most of the time anyways.

I guess i'm just rambling but the question i really want to ask is...what *mind set* and what *body language* should be portrayed when out of the air other guys are brought in the equation?

another thing is...it might be hard to get a grasp of what i'm talking about if you never have been in the situation.
