"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've been taking some interest for this one girl who I see in my classes from time to time. I wouldn't mind starting up a convo and what not, but she is usually surrounded by her friends. So, I was wondering how I could just talk to her and how to talk to girls who aren't alone in general? Or atleast get their attention to single them out or something.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I think about this sometimes.

First of all, approaching a girl amongst her friends already makes you way cool.

The Bible gives all sorts of tips like walking up and saying things like, "Excuse me, ladies, but can I borrow her for a second?" and point to the one you're interested in, but I find that would sound really dumb in situations outside of ones where gaming is expected (like clubs).

If you can think of a plausible reason to get her away from her friends, then go for it ("Hey, I want to show you something I thought you'd like," but then you have to show her something, and it can't be your schlong). Otherwise, just walk up and interact with the group, but make sure you 1.) maintain your presence as a man (don't be around when they're talking about their periods or something) and 2.) project non-verbally which one you're really interested in. Look for eye contact often, especially when she isn't talking. Talk more to her than to the group. See if you can discreetly get her number, and only her number.

I hate it when people giving advice don't get specific enough, so just ask if this is too vague.

Thanks a lot dude. Nah, it's spot on. I just needed a few pointers on how to deal with these situations.
