And like Guitar_Whizz said.. 100 girls a day IS a bit much, but i see what you are saying, and i agree with it 100%... I natrually say "hi" to MOST strangers that i come across, i have been doing so since i started my own bootcamp a while ago... and i just contunied doing it.. Peoplle miught think that just saying 'hi" to random people wont help... hell, thats what I thought too.... but i was wrong.. it DOES do a hell of a lot for your confidence levels, and it makes you more sociable too. So yes, this is a good thing to do, and i would suggest that everyone does this on a regular basis...
