Alright, so there's this girl i met at a party off campus and we both go to the same school. We went before to work out and stuff and we're again tonight but I don't know.

Are there some suggestions you guys have? Maybe some good exercises I could teach her or "stretches"? Anything I could say to lead her to hanging out more one on one? Tips Tips!

Do the exercise where the two of you sit facing each other, interlock legs and throw a medicine ball back and forth

Light barbell curls in the mirror or facing each other. You could also show her how to squat -- you could spot her too in which you basically get right behind her and follow her down then up...kinda sexy huh?
