Anyone know what one of these is? I've been described as this before. I've been looking into those navy seal and ranger type workouts and they've mentioned in them too.

But when I did a search all I got were a bunch of gay personal ads and gay porn sites.

Don't do anything half-assed. Find any good workout routine and be disciplined with your diet. Don't worry about being "too big" and "too bulky" until your at least a few years into training.

Try swimming. Pullups also work for widening your shoulders and back, in addition to building triceps. Besides abs, those are the only muscles swimmers have.

What the hell are yall talking about? He wanted to know what ppl mean when they say "swimmer's physique" and they just mean somebody whos lean (,tall), with broad shoulders. maybe well-defined abs, etc... if they say you got a swimmers physique they mean you look like one of those swimmer guys. Simple as that.

FYI, women tend to drool over swimmers. Big shoulders, wide back, cut abs, and zero flab. Not a lot of unsightly body hair either (too much drag).
