"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Let’s stop pretending the dating world is fair. It’s not. And it probably never was.

In today’s age of “equality,” you’d think things would be more balanced — more fair. But when it comes to attraction, nature still has a heavy hand in the game. And nature doesn’t care about fairness. Here’s the truth a lot of men don’t want to hear: most women are drawn to the top 10–20% of men. It’s not necessarily something they’re doing consciously — it’s how desire works. It’s how attraction plays out when people have options. And thanks to dating apps and global connectivity, women have more options than ever. So they’re shooting for the best — and often ignoring the rest.

Back in the day, it was kings, emperors, and warlords who had access to all the women. Not because they were always the most moral or kind, but because they had power, status, presence. Fast forward to now, and while crowns have been replaced by Instagram followers and luxury cars, the dynamic is eerily familiar.

Today, it’s height, looks, confidence (or “swag”), and often money that define who gets attention. These are the new social currencies. And whether you like it or not, most women are biologically wired to be drawn to strength, success, and security. You can say it’s shallow, but it’s human nature. And you can’t shame people out of their instincts.

Does that mean the average man is doomed? No. But it does mean you’re playing a rigged game if you expect affection just for being decent. In a marketplace where women can match with elite men daily, “kind and consistent” doesn’t always cut it unless it’s packaged with confidence, presence, and status. So what can you do?

Stop being bitter — and start being real. No, not every man is going to be in that top tier. And that’s okay. Because the truth is: not every man needs to be. What does matter is learning how to play your own game well. Maybe you won’t be 6’3”, rich, or a model — but you can build confidence. You can develop skills, learn to carry yourself with presence, create value, and become someone who respects himself enough to stop chasing people who don’t see him.

The red pill isn’t bitter because it’s wrong. It’s bitter because it’s real. But once you stop resisting it, once you accept that modern dating is built on primal dynamics dressed up in modern clothes — you can stop being angry and start being strategic. And more importantly, you can start finding peace. You’re not entitled to love, but you are entitled to your dignity. Stop crying over a system that doesn’t care, and start asking yourself: how do I win my way? Because kings still exist. They just don’t always wear crowns.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

We should always strive to be better.

I live by a moderately-busy riverside path, and the vast majority of blokes walking by look woeful. Fat, ungroomed, slumped over, heads-in-phones.

It doesn't even take much to be top 10-20%.

Top 20% is best one out of five. Hold a steady job, be somewhat in shape and be able hold a somewhat interesting conversation and you're there.
I think in this day and age it's easier than ever to be in the top 20% than ever depending on where you live
Top 20%.png
This is what chatgpt considers top 20% man from ages 30-44 I think once again it's good to add that the better looking you are the less the other stuff matters but then again I digress the standards for example in Iowa are going to be far different than dating in LA, but I still belive that depending on your area having 80% of this list will make you a Top 20% guy
Top 20$ 18-256.png
For younger guys the bar is lower of course, I would say for younger guys the focus should be more on fitness, once you reach 24/25 though you're income does matter due to lifestyle i.e. nice apartment, car etc

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

The top men should get the top women. Too many have grown up on participation trophies. Too many have been told they can have anything they want. Too many lack worth ethic and self-motivation. There is a large chunk of society that is very entitled and thats why we have such a problem with male/female dynamics these days.

The older I get the easier this dating game is and the more options I have. I attribute a lot of that to the work I've put in as well as my competition bringing little to the table.

This blew my mind and is 100% true. I did better with college and 20's age women when I was in my mid to high 30's, in shape, and ironically dressed in jeans and a crew sweatshirt with a backwards hat. When you're fit, and carry yourself properly, life starts to seek you out more than you seek it out. To give an extreme example, I once was in the process of hooking up with a college junior that I met at the bar, but we were still in the part of the evening where her friends were out with her. They asked if I was 30, to mid 20's, and I joked, 'no, I have cash in my pocket.' They all laughed hard and nodded in agreement.

I've got the best results while walking around in stained working clothes LOL.

The day I stopped given a F women somehow smelled it. I could literally die today and be satisfied with all the women I've slept with..

Now my only goal ,like @Poonstra stated is to build my empire and rule like a king. Women are a nuisance to me, a necessary evil.

Women want men who at least APPEAR as if they're going places in life?! Next, we'll learn that men are drawn to beautiful faces and toned bodies equipped with ample T&A, more so than we are gals who are dead ringers for Heather Matarazzo

What a load of bullsh*t.. I'm sick of all these silly posts thinking you need to be some sort absolutely perfect 10% man and all that cr*p. No you don't. You just need decent game and confidence. You can still be an average Joe and do well with women. There are plenty of guys who don't have wealth, status etc who do just fine with women. So stop this junk.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Solid post. Well written

The underlined bit re ‘women can match with elite men daily’. That’s speculation imo and highly debateable.
women may be able to match with elite men more often now sure. But no way match daily.

Why do I say that? Cos the other side of the coin of apps that few take into consideration is : sexy women get such an avalanche of ‘likes’ on apps, that the apps can become almost unuseable for the woman.
From surveys I’ve personally done w women on dates and reddit data and StacieFish experiment data . some Milfy older women get 100 likes per day (Hinge) or up “to 3,000 likes in a week (FEELD -the more kinky app). So imagine what a Stacie gets on Hinge. Then has to work through to find the Elite …some jsut give up I reckon.

Women tell me it’s an admin nightmare.
And some frequently rage-quit the apps for periods of time.

So there’s a lot of speculation going on about how exactly women use apps and how often they can match and access an “elite guy” such as described.

I think there’s a lot of fear mongering going on about that , used for sales purposes.

I think the good lookers 7s and 8s + still work social circle IRL to find relationship potential guys tbh,

9s & 10s use specialized apps ..I think one is called ‘Raya ‘ or some such.

So yeah apps are cooked , mainly looks based and not really for relationship hunters (either side ) mainly just hookups afaics.

First of all, what makes a man "top 10%" is subjective.

Secondly, there just isn't enough top tier men for all women.
