Its probably what you are supplementing thats causing it, e.g. bad diet, alcohol, nicotine, caffiene etc.... the only thing to take is probably a mutivitamin and mineral combo

Wow. When something goes wrong with your body it's immediately "Give me something to take that will fix it." Start with your diet. Clean it up, research the paleo diet. Don't always try to find a drug or supplement to cure your problems.
