skin on my face, rather red in places, bags under my eyes, i read a suppliment to take for it on here weeks ago but the post has gone now, any ideas?

what has worked for you:)

Its probably what you are supplementing thats causing it, e.g. bad diet, alcohol, nicotine, caffiene etc.... the only thing to take is probably a mutivitamin and mineral combo

Wow. When something goes wrong with your body it's immediately "Give me something to take that will fix it." Start with your diet. Clean it up, research the paleo diet. Don't always try to find a drug or supplement to cure your problems.

The post hasn't "gone", you just have to "search" for it. There are dozens of threads regarding all of these issues already, in the future please do a search, thanks. Some queries could be "search all titles for 'bags', 'eyes', 'skin', etc"....
