What are you taking? I'm taking just a multi-vitamin right now.

I'm thinking of getting some Glucosamine-Chondrotin for my knee, which is a bit weak after some fool fell on it when I dove for a looseball in a game of hoops....i can run on it fine but its still a bit weak.
