I was just wondering what the best type of protein shake is to take...??? that and also are there any other type of shakes that are helpful??

No there aren't any other type of shakes beside whey protein and creatine. Just go for regular whey protein.

I have American Source protein whey. Reason is there's an extra pound of it for the same price. None of the stuff tastes great, but none of it tastes that bad.

Nitrotech strawberry mixed with cranberry juice almost tastes good!

I recommend it, I tryed Nitrotech chocolate and couldn't find anything to mix with it.

But the strawberry with cranberry juice is damn good.

If you want a protein shake that actually tastes really good and cost is not an issue try biotest grow.

I got 2 lbs for $20, I consider that exceptional. It supposedly is the best protein out there...maybe its not, but I'll take my chances.
