I'm currently trying to lose weight, but also trying to gain muscle at the same time. I have no clue to what supplements are out there. I would like to find supplements to help me add muscle, but not add unnecessary weight(beyond muscle weight of course).

Any suggestions?

search the archives, there's lots of threads giving guidance on exactly that.

no combination of supplements can do that in and of themselves, only a proper combination of diet, lifting, cardio, and rest.

2.LEARN TO INTAKE AT LEAST YOUR BODYWEIGHT IN PROTEIN
