"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible.

2nd Semester in college, I started hooking up with a girl from my school. She's probably a 9 looks wise, but has a great personality. She's fun, outgoing, and never repetetive or boring.

More over, she's a geniuine woman who loves to challenge men like me. We are both 19 going on 20, and have kissed/played around maybe 6 or 7 times, but have never had sex. Now I'm a pretty good looking guy who has gotten plenty of tail, but for some I found it hard making the move so soon with this girl. Eventually, she told me that we should maybe just be friends for awhile since we were still Freshman and should have fun.

Anyways, towards the end of school I started seeing other girls and this got her extremely jealous. This resulted in her flinging herself at me several times, to which I rejected all but once. She confessed in a phone call to me that she still has feelings for me and her reason for telling me she just wanted to be friends was her being young and dumb.

So now we go into the summer, both of us feeling like we want more of eachother, but we live over 2 hours away. I feel like I should keep in touch, but not too much to turn into a long distance friend. I want things to be fresh when we return to school, so maybe we can hop into something right away and make it feel new. Am I playing my cards right?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Sounds good

You got delt a pair of aces bud, and you played them fantastically.

As for the summer thing, it's not too big of a deal. Just don't see or talk to her too much, call her every now and then, see how she's doing, then say you have to go. And maybe every now and then, if she lives like 2 hours away, MEET HALFWAY! find somewhere fun to meet at thats about at the halfway point of where you both live. Just don't see her or talk to her that often to keep things from getting old and boring. Stay new, stay exciting, and you'll be fine.

I guess my real question is, do you think 2 months is enough time to lose interest over someone if you're not talking much?
