I know summer is still a ways away, but it's never too early to begin mental preparation. Q: What can a young man do to improve his life over the summer socially, mentally, and physically... I'll probably have lots of free-time, and refuse to sit around wasting precious time. One thing i do want to do is have fun, rid anxiety and shyness, and just experience rapid internal and external growth.

Socially: Interact with others, especially with strangers. Go to places where you're invited by friends and family without question. Don't get videogames get in your way.
Mentally: Stay away from the idiot box (TV), video games, porn, read books, meditate, don't masturbate, get at least 8 hours of sleep per night
Physically: Exercise, lift weights, eat healthy, and don't masturbate.

The only times you should have an orgasm is when you're having sex or if you unintentionally have a wet dream.

One of the best things I did was get a Tanita Body Fat scale. It tells you your metabolic age. I got mine all the way down to 18 (I am 40). It was 27-32 when I started. When I had the flu and could barely move it registered 48. It essentially measures how much water you have and calculates fat (got mine from 19% to 14%). It really helps you to monitor your improvement. Biking 20 miles per day was what did it for me. Fresh squeezed Grapefruit and Lemonade (with Stevia), occasional fasting, and working out (pull-ups, chin-ups, and push-ups for me).

That's a myth. Do you guys want to have a boner when you are talking to a girl? Your body does not know the difference between ejaculation via self or other means.
OK OK, when you ejaculate, your body produces less testosterone because you no longer have the need to "hunt or gather". You have done your deed so your body goes into rest mode until it is fully recovered and ready for more action.

It doesn't matter if you masturbate or have sex, you will feel lethargic afterwards.

I did a biochem degree, so please, nod and agree.
