I'd like a simple suggestion/opinion from another experienced lifter. I've been doing this and now I think I should change which muscles I'm working together:

M: Chest, shoulders, traps
T: Back, Bis, Tris
TH: Legs
F: Repeat

Also, I've been using GNC for my protein/glutamine, mens vitapck, and preworkout creatine/NO2 mixtures for over a year. Anyone know where and how to find a better or equally efficient but cheaper source?

Thanks.

How about no? Although I do agree upright rows need to be done carefully otherwise they can wreck havoc on your shoulders.
