"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

About 4 weeks ago my gf of 2 years came over after work and when i asked if she was ok started crying and said she didnt think she loved me anymore and needed some space.. the next day i get a msg from her saying she didnt mean it, she does love me but isnt in love with me anymore and wants some time and space to think. obviously extremely shocked as this came out of absolutely no where i kept msging looking for answers and never got any. i got replies saying she didnt know what she was feeling and she was confused and again wants time. two weeks passed with minimal contact and she then came over and ended it for good asking to be best friends. i replied that i didnt think that could work as it would be unfair to me because i still had feelings and still didnt know what to make of it all. the main reason for the break up was that she had pretty much moved in with me on her own terms and we saw each other 24/7. Her friends had ditched her when we started seeing each other so i was pretty much her only good friend. about 2 weeks before she said she didnt love me she had started seeing these friends again and her reason for breaking up with me was she felt i was keeping her from them even though i repeatedly use to advise her to see her friends and family alot more so this kind of thing didnt happen but she always responded with i dont want to i just want to be with you. i persited in getting answers mainly to work out what the hell i did wrong but it just made her angry at me for annoying her and kind of pushed us both into getting annoyed at each other. about a week after we were at a party and when she saw me she cried and left because i did not talk to her. again leaving me extremely lost in what was happening. we didnt talk all week but a mutual friend was having a birthday out in the city that weekend and we ended up at the same place. i did not make any effort to talk to her but some of her friends ended up being real b**** towards me about it all. we have talked since through msgs and agreed that the fighting needs to stop and i told her im happy to be friends because im over her.(not sure if i am or not).
i am just looking for some advice, she seems completely disinterested in me and out of no where at all. i guess i would like to see if i could get her wanting me back again but not sure if its because i want to know she still has feelings or if its because i want something to happen. any tips or advice appreciated. "So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

You see she cheated on you and then made it as if it was your fault. You don't need her anymore. Once a cheater, will cheat in the future. You and that girl are over. Find another girl and forget this stinky little wh0re. Don't call her, block her on facebook, if you see her ignore, if she calls hang up, if she texts, don't reply, if she crolls back and begs you to take her back slap her and tell her she disgusts you.

She might or might not have cheated, but if she didn't it's that she felt attracted to another guy at a much higher level than to you. 99% of the time there is another guy somewhere in the picture.

I always laugh about how these female fvcking sadists can suddenly have a change of feelings, break a guy's heart and then hold out the "friendship" card as if it's no big deal.
Then they have the absolute temerity to get all butthurt when that request is - quite reasonably - denied!
Fvck the bytch. She had her chance, now she gets to have her hamster run like crazy as she watches you move on with your life and become a truly high value man. A man she'll regret hurting and with whom she'll never have another chance unless he just needs somewhere to unload some jizz.
Unbelievable!
She breaks it off but you're the arsehole for not being her friend???? Please....

So far it looks like you are doing things right. Phuck her friends and all that bullshyt, they don't know what's going on behind your closed doors. I'm glad you denied the ridiculous friendship card. Go cold, tell her to grab her sh!t outta your place and let her live with her decision. It can be another guy or she is looking for greener pastures (for reasons you may never know).
In the mean time, be social, do NOT dwell on this, and taking her back would make you of less value in her eyes at this point, don't be THAT chump-diggity guy.

Good luck to ya.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Like muscleman sez, it was totally premeditated. You just didn't notice the red flags.
Last time I got the "I need time" talk, I realized the premonitions I was having from weeks before were right on. What she really meant was "I need time to wind things down."
There wasn't another man, either, and there are guys dying to get with her.
I heard from a secret source that her friends gave her he11 for dumping me.
She wanted me to keep taking care of her horse, but I stopped that. She was turning downright nasty besides.

If your girl becomes nasty/mean it means she isn't afraid of losing you... which means she wants to lose you.
