Nothing new here. Women prefer men who are strong and in-shape. Period.
It's programmed into their DNA just as men have programming about what we find attractive in women. Sure, everyone has different nuances, but far and away what attracts men and women is common across both sexes. Women find muscular strong men attractive because they feel he will be a better protector, leader, more assertive, and they find it visually appealing. It just looks better. Think of a fat ass woman vs a swimsuit model. 99% of men would prefer the model.
On a personal note, I used to be very skinny. I was always better looking than average so I still pulled women. But once I started lifting and hit my apex, my results pulling women increased by at least 5x, and that's probably underestimating. I remember being on dates sitting across from them and their eyes would dart to my arms and back really quick. This was a subtle que I was in. To this day, now that I'm older, I still work out heavy and can say it still has a huge impact. Especially if you want to date much younger women.
So to the guys that argue against a good physique on a man attracting women, you're 100% wrong. It does. You mind as well argue a male lion would rather eat plants and roots than red meat. If a women says she prefers overweight men or dad bod men, she’s straight up lying. Remember the Golden Rule: what women say they want vs what they’re actually attracted to are two very different things. It's all about our programming from tens of thousands of years ago and no amount of feminism or social media will change it.
Good luck.
