Hey guys. I've recently decided to cut some pounds in order to bring out my six pack more. I've already got plenty of muscle, but the problem is that i've got plenty of fat as well
I'm 5 '10"
I started out at 220 Lbs.
From cutting Calories I got down to 207.5. Yay me! only took about 3 weeks
But the problem is that i still don't see any results! I don't know where the weight came from, but it's obviously not my stomach region
I would prefer to stay at or above 200, but i think i might not see anything unless i go down to a light weight 180 or something like that.
Spot reducing is impossible I know, but is there anyway to kinda cure this stubborn fat problem?
