i added shrugs to it cuz i surfed 5 hrs today// and god am i sore.. and it feels like in that neck area is sore too...
like its basiocally the whole back and the whole shoulders... more so in the upper back.. and maybe more in the side delts... not sure about that one tho.
im also a lil sore sinewgher right under my chest.. i dont know if its the tip of my lats or some part of the abs...

Well do u guys think id be able to workout on the same days as i surf? or would that overwork the muscle and iwouldnt be getting any stronger?
